JSW Steel buys Bellary steel assets for Rs 210 crore

MUMBAI: JSW Steel , India's No. 3 producer of the alloy, has bought assets of Bellary Steel for Rs 210 crore, its joint managing director MVS Seshagiri Rao told ET Now on Monday.

"We have taken over the land, the buildings and the branded machinery which was lying there," Rao said. "We have paid the total consideration and the takeover will be completed in the next 20 days."
